Sticky Bush Fire & Flaming Flakes Wings

45 mins prep Serves 6
• 3 cups of Vegetable oil or as needed for frying
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup of Flare (all purpose seasoning)
• 1/3 cup of water
• 3 tbs Flaming Flakes
• 2 ½ pounds chicken wingettes and drumettes
• 2 tablespoons salted butter
• 2 tablespoons Bush Fire (hot pepper jelly)

How to Make It

• Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
• Season chicken with Flare Seasoning. Place flour in a bowl. Whisk eggs, Flamin Flakes, and water in another bowl until smooth.
• Dip each wing into the egg mixture, then toss with flour mixture to coat. Gently shake off excess flour and set aside. Repeat with remaining chicken.
• Fry chicken in the hot oil in batches until chicken is no longer pink at the bone and skin is golden brown, about 5 minutes. Drain in a large bowl lined
with paper towels.
• Heat butter and Bush Fire in a saucepan over medium-high heat until melted. Whisk until smooth. Remove paper towels from bowl and pour the sauce over
chicken; toss to coat.
• Serve & Enjoy
